We Deliver Orders Globally

Spicelovetoy delivers orders throughout India as well as abroad like Dubai, Netherlands, UAE, Nepal, South Africa, Bangladesh and more. The time period to ship products is a minimum 7 to 10 business days. The products we order are kept discreet and they are packed and shipped in standard boxes with no information written on them.

Our Order Delivery Payment Policies in India

As far as making payments in India is concerned, we accept through Cash on Delivery (COD), Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS , Paytm, Payumoney and more. In case of Cash on Delivery, one can shop up to Rs. 40,000, which is applicable in all major cities. Also, one can use debit or credit cards to pay online.

Apart from this, you can always visit www.spicelovetoy.com and directly place the order. Also, you can update details in relation to pin code, mobile number, order number or payment. Once your postal address and payment receipt are accepted, the order will be packaged. The order will be shipped through authentic courier services as per the address stated by the customer. The time taken to deliver an order anywhere within India is 3 to 4 business days. Only in Delhi and Kolkata, the order will be delivered same day.

Report for wrong product within 48 hours

Customers will be given a maximum of 48 hours to report in case of a wrong or inappropriate product. No matter what the circumstance is, failing to inform within this time period will result in rejection of the request order.

We Replace Products and Do Not Refund

For any inappropriate or wrong product, the customer can send a request for returning a product. However, no request for money refund will be accepted.

Damage by the user not to be Considered

If the order shipped is delivered without any harm but later damaged by the customer, no return request in such cases will be accepted. In other words, Spicelovetoy will not be accountable.
